Is it possible to drag and drop a folder and its subfolders from server to Laserfiche Client.

If you mean drag and drop from a windows desktop into the LF client, the answer is yes. What exactly are you trying to do?
I am trying to drag and drop a folder with its sub folders because I want them to keep the same folder structure.but I get stop sign.I don't know if to drag from desktop to LF client needs some more settings?
Please open a case with Laserfiche Support. Be prepared to provide a screenshot of what you are encountering as well as the application and system evtx logs from the server or attach those to the case that you open.
If you wanted to drag and drop a folder into the Client, pending on how big it is and how many documents are in it, you may want to use import agent to keep the folder structure. You can set the file path in the repository to equal the current file path to keep the folder structure and this can run in the background while generating pages or OCRing. This way you aren't having to take over the client for this, just drop the folder in the folder that Import Agent is watching.
