We're looking to restructure how our policies and procedures are stored in LF. We have yet to adopt a standard practice of naming conventions or metadata - or a (controlled) process of publishing and updating them in LF.

Does anyone have some best practices or examples they'd be willing to share, specific to policies & procedures?  I appreciate your feedback. Thank you!
