Although we don't currently offer in-document search in WebLink like we do in Client and Web Access, you can search the text using the browser's find feature. On the top right hand side of the toolbar, select 'View plain text' and then hit Ctrl + F. Searching for text this way highlights all instances in the document and allows you to jump to each one. Once you get to the search result you are looking for, you can select 'View Image' up on the toolbar and you'll be able to see the original document where your text is located.
