Bad Field value error

I receive a "Bad field value" error intermittently with Forms which terminates the entire process. The field values that are Bad are "system" values. IE: Form ID, Form Name, Submission ID etc. Does anyone know what is causing this error? The only fix for the error seems to be to reset the forms routing service, however because the process terminates we lose the form submission.

Please open a support case with your Laserfiche reseller and provide a copy of the application event log saved in its native format, i.e. .evtx, from the Forms server computer.

The error typically indicates that a form field value is being mapped to a Laserfiche field, but the mapping may be invalid for a particular form submission, i.e. if the Laserfiche field is required, but there's no value from the form submission, or if the form submission value is longer than the width of the Laserfiche field.
