Laserfiche Web Administration Console

How do I go to this Web Admin Console to see the Quick Fields Agent please?

Quick Fields Agent is one of the tabs in Web Admin. If you just load the main URL for web admin (http://servername/webadmin),  you should be presented with a page that lets you choose between the Laserfiche Server and Quick Fields Agent configuration. If you're not seeing these options, then you're either running an older version of Web Admin or your system administrator has turned off the Quick Fields Agent configuration site.

The Web Admin console is a separate installation.  What exactly is it you are trying to do?

Thanks. I am trying to set up QF agent to run QF sessions.
