Round Robin, user temporary disabled

Hello, i have users involved in round robin assignations. Sometimes a user is temporary unavailable (vacations, disease, travel, and others).

How can i get the round robin to skip this users when they are temporary unavailable.

Workflow does not check the user status when routing to groups. If they're a member, then they're part of the routing queue.

Hi, i tried marking "disable this user" at the lf admin console, but the round robin doesn´t skip the user.

i'll keep looking at workflow designer, maybe there is some user properties i can use.

For the list of users that no longer available, can it be retrieved through a database query?
