Is there a way to add page numbers to a dynamic form that is created by LF Forms?
Would this be after the form is submitted or when the form is being displayed within the browser?

It would be after submission- the page numbers would need to appear on the document that is saved to the repository as well as the document that the submitter can download after submission.
Interesting. You could write a script to run via workflow that starts on any new document that comes from forms (or in a certain folder that forms saves to, and applies a stamp at a set location that is the current page number.
The use case is for forms that would need to be notarized and either faxed or mailed in. I can see where the pages could easily get out of order causing issues when received due to not being able to identify pages easily due to their dynamic nature as well as the lack of page numbers.
