I have a client that is on version 9.2.0 (472). In the Scanning window, the values for Paper Size, Paper Source, and Color only show one option, such as Automatic for paper source, and black and white for the color mode.  There are no other options in the drop down box for each value.  The full list of options are available by going through the menu and opening Scanner Options,  but only one value for each respective option ever shows on the main Scanning window. So for them to do duplex mode, they have to go into Scanner Options every time to change it back to feeder (duplex). This is a very tedious process that works fine on the previous Kodak i1220 scanner but for some reason doesn't want to work on this model. The drivers have been reloaded for the scanner and updated to latest versions and the scanner is an Epson DS-510.
