Laserfiche Client 9.2.1.562

In Laserfiche when working on files, I am going through them to see if everything matches. If they do, I select "Complete" on one of the fields and workflow moves it. When workflow moves it my screen in that folder goes back to the top thus losing my place. Is there a way to prevent this?

Once workflow moves the file the entry is no longer there, so the Client will default to the top of the page. To prevent this, you could try disabling the automatic refresh in the Client options. That would ensure that the entry won't go away until you leave or manually refresh the Client.
