Post Submission Signature Approval

Good Morning,

I am looking for a way to have my managers Sign a form that has been submitted (with/without submitter's signature).  Currently, I only see the ability for Approvers to select 'Approve' or 'Deny' but need to enforce a signature as their approval.  Also, it would be beneficial for the form-fields to be read-only and only allow the Signature field to be edited.  

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Nate,

You can create a copy of the form and on that copy, add a signature field for the managers to sign. Then when you're configuring the business process, the first form is the one that the submitters fill out and then for the user task where the manager has to sign and approve the form, you would use the copy.
