How to Jump Start a LF Forms Process After Removing a Timer

asked on May 1, 2015

Morning,

We had an intermediate timer in place to prevent an LF Forms process from happening until a certain date. We have since removed this timer. Our problem is that we have submissions that are currently set to In Process.

How can we jump start these submissions to continue on with the process? As you can see, there is no "play" button to start it back up.

Unfortunately you cannot restart the form submissions that are currently in progress. Whenever you delete an ongoing step (e.g., the timer) in your process modeler, you cause the instances currently running on that current step (e.g., any submission at the timer step) to function incorrectly because that process’s next steps were deleted. This will not be a problem for instances not currently running on that timer step! You can cancel these running instances by going to Results -> Cancel.
