how can I get a pdf signature completed to update my template field using workflow

We are using United licensing. I have crated PDF fillable forms. I use WF 9.x to move the documents. I want to automate the 'signature' process where once the signature field on the PDF is 'signed' that it cab update a field on my metadata pane. Can this be done easily?

We're talking about a signature field in the PDF itself, not signing the document in the Laserfiche Client, right?

You could have a workflow that starts on electronic document changes and use the Verify PDF Signatures activity to get the signer information. Then write that to the field with Assign Field Values.
