Has anyone else run into problems trying to troubleshoot in Citrix environments? We have a client who intermitently experiences Laserfiche apps crashing and PDFs no showing previews. They get no error messages and no items in event logs on workstation or server. We tried all the standard stuff like AV exceptions and running repairs.
Is there a secret log file that citrix has or a way to get better feedback on workstations? Id like to be able to give a better answer than "the internet just doesnt like you today, sorry"
