- If this form was created from Forms, then you could start by checking the event logs to see if Laserfiche Forms logged anything.
-Then you can try to determine if the issue occurs for all Forms processes or just particular ones. If it only affects certain Forms, then the issue would be specific to that one and you will then troubleshoot that business process. If it affects all Forms being saved into the repository, then it would be a configuration issue.
- You can also browse to the issue Forms Business process and go into the "Results" Tab and click the "Start" as shown here
Basically, whatever you see there, is what is supposed to be saved into the repository.

Change the process and now send to workflow, in results forms says complete, but in the event viewer has error.
That error is the same that show when sent to a repository.
I don't know why this happen .
