Did you try activating again a few minutes later? Our logs indicate a successful activation shortly after you started this thread.
It's unclear what may have caused the initial issue, but you can check the Activation Log file on that machine, located at C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\LFActivationLog.txt to see if it reported anything out of the ordinary.
Our records show that is was activated today (4/29/2015) at 10:44:27 AM. Are you activating it again on another machine? If so, you will need to deactivate it from the original machine first by uninstalling it then activating the new machine again.
