qf agent session doesn't process documents

I am facing a strange situation.

We have 29 sessions scheduled in our QF Agent.

All sessions runs fine except One.

The session seems exactly fine, and we can run it successfully using Quick Fields (Manually). When running manually using Quick Fields, it does processes the documents fine and move them to the destination folder. But when we run the same session using QF Agent, session runs successfully but doesn't process any document. Under log, it says "0 documents processed"

Session is set to send documents Immediately.

What could be the reason of this?

One more thing, when I run the same session here using our VAR Kit, it runs fine. It does pick up the document and move them. I am using the same QF session and Sample documents.

Is QF Agent running on the same server or separate servers? If it is on different servers, does the Agent service have network rights?
