Question

Quickfield session error - Image too small to be valid. Bad field value.

asked on April 28, 2015 Show version history

Documents are being processed but each session is ending up with same error. In the past, when this happened I could clear unprocessed images from previous sessions and that fixed it. I don't see any of those this time.

Is this happening to all of your Quick Fields sessions? Did these errors occur before, if not, did you recently make any changes?

"Bad Field Value" error typically means the information stored in that field does not match the field constraints (e.g. field length, character type, etc.). Make sure the information stored in your fields matches your field constraints.

When storing to Laserfiche - Take note at what page/s the error pop's up. navigate to that page and split document (This should cut problem page out of processed results) repeat this process until all problematic pages are removed. Document should store to Repo.
