When copying and pasting content from a Word document into an email task, it keeps the nasty word markup in the back. It would be nice if there was something similar to what is included in WordPress where you can click a "Paste from Word" button and then paste the content in and it gets rid of the markup for you.

If you click the HTML button
You can toggle the view where when pasting from Word, it's just the plain text
as opposed to the formatted text.

Alex, I am aware of that option, but for our users that are helping create some of the process steps, an button that says "HTML" doesn't mean anything to them and they don't remember that's where they can do it.

We'll look into how this process can be improved and made more intuitive. In the meantime though, perhaps a reminder of what the button does can suffice for now.

Yeah, that's what I'm having to do. If it could be improved that would be great. Thanks!
