I am working on a forms project and will have Department Directors approving forms as part of the process.  Will a Forms Participant license allow these Directors to approve/reject  forms (thru the User Task as a participant using the Approve/Reject Action Buttons check boxes and receive email thru the Notifications tab).  I am also assuming that the participant license also gives them a Forms Inbox.  Is this all true?  And is this true if we use Base Forms and/or Forms Portal?
