Is there an easy way to see what workflows are running on a particular folder in Laserfiche?
In the Workflow Designer you can open up a search from the View Menu. From there you can specify "Workflow Status > Active" and then put in the name of your Folder in the Entry Name box. This will return all workflows currently running where that Folder is an entry (either as the starting entry or one found through an activity such as find entry)
The entries involved with a Workflow will only be recorded at run-time, because otherwise the sheer amount of possible entries (basically your entire repository) would making processing impossible. In addition the searches only work for run workflows as well.
However, when you're creating your Workflow and you're intending it to be run only on a particular folder, then including that information in the Workflow name or description will be a good way to keep track of it. That information will be available both in the designer and the admin console when opening a workflow.
