Is it possible that only a partial segment in a document is saved to LF and other information does not?
Are you wanting to only save a portion of the collected data to the repository, or are you having an issue with a form only saving partial data?
If you want to only save some of the data to the repository, the eaziest way I know is to (in the process modeler) kick off a workflow that fills a PDF with only the fields that you are interested in.

I got an issue, where a user is stating that only a partial segment of information have been saved to the document instead of the whole changes?
My question is whether Is it possible that only a partial segment of changes can be saved to LF or it is impossible.. either the changes is being saved or not at all?
Also, is there a way in audit trail to find out which changes the user has made to a document ?
What types of documents (e.g. Microsoft Office files, PDF, TIFF) are we talking about? If you could provide us with a sample of a document that you want to save partially, this should give us a better idea of what you want to do.
Audit Trail can track any actions performed within the Laserfiche system. If a user changes metadata, entry name of a document, etc. that information will be tracked. However, I think document versioning functionality is better option to track changes made to a document. More information about versioning can be found here.
