Deleted User still shows as Named Full User. Error 9012

We have deleted a named Full user in Administrator Console under the Users and Groups  and it disappeared

But the user still available as Full Named user in Administrator Console under the field Repository Named User and it is not allowing us to delete and giving the following error 9012. We have checked the database trustee table and found no user in it. how to remove it.

Does the repository named user still display after refreshing the node in the Laserfiche Administration Console?

You can also try stopping the Laserfiche Server service, deleting the C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Server\lfsnu.db file and then restarting the service. One thing to note is that you will need to reconfigure the repository named users again. The users will still be in the repository, but you'll just need to go into the individual users' properties and set them to be named users again.

Alex, what are the implications for users in a RIO system with this fix? Will any changes need to be made after recreating the db file? I've used it on an Avante system successfully before.

The implications are the same. Any directory named users in a Rio system won't be affected. If there are repository named users configured in any of the repositories hosted on that Laserfiche Server, then they will just need to be re-assigned the named license. The users will still be there, but you'd just need to go into the properties of the user and change the named user drop down to "Full"
