print right issue with pdf file

hi to all

i created the users which don't have Print right but when user open a pdf file in laserfiche image viewers Laserfiche Print is disabled but pdf toolbar Print option Enable so still user can print the file .

is there a way to disable Print option from PDF toolbar ?

To clarify, what "Print option from PDF toolbar" toolbar are you referring to? Can you post a screenshot? Is the toolbar present outside of LF in Acrobat reader when you open a PDF outside of and independent of the LF client?

The Electronic File pane in the document viewer will load the PDF the same way a web browser would so Laserfiche doesn't have any immediate control over what the user can do with the PDF via the 3rd party application's toolbar. I know with Adobe products, you can add a parameter like toolbar=0, but that just hides the toolbar by default which the user can easily re-enable by pressing F8.
