We're presently working with Laserfiche Client v9.2.1.562. With both this and the previous version, we've had computers stop allowing the drag and drop function, even to desktop. it seems to most commonly occur with desktops that are usually left on, or allowed to enter sleep mode. There is a brief window showing progress, but it closes before any can be made. Repairing the installation corrects the matter, if temporarily.
Has anyone else come across this problem? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
