Audit Trail does not pull any data for exported or printed documents

While using audit trail it can pull data for all the other options but when select export and print it does not show any items. I know this isnt correct because I have printed and exported documents. I attached an image of my selections in audit trail reporting.

Can you confirm that the "Export and Print" audit event class had been enabled (for Everyone or for specific trustees) by checking the Auditing settings in the Laserfiche Administration Console?

It looks like that was the case but where are these initial settings made if I wanted to keep it at group membership. I use windows accounts and they are all set to group membership with the same selections. attached is a screen shot of one group. Do I need to set specific events for every user and group even though I want them all the same?

You can set it at the "Everyone" level. View the properties for "Everyone" and then enable auditing for "Export and Print" under the Auditing tab.

How long does it take to see these events after checking these boxes? Do you have to restart services?
