Bug? Theme lost when copy or export-import

asked on April 8, 2015 Show version history

One of my laserfiche form will lose the theme after copy or export-import. No matter what I do. I tried change the theme or remove some of the setting, nothing worked.

When I'm looking to the edit view or preview, the form looks nomal and all the theme and style are there. But when I'm really running the form, it lost all the theme css.

But it only happens to one of the process. What should I do?

For the copied process, do you mean the theme is correct on preview for the form, but not correct on new submission? If so, I guess you set a different form on the message start event, can you check the form used in message start event?

I can double check. But only thing I did is 'Copy Process' in the 'Manage' Tab. I didn't change any setting. And the original form look fine while the new form lost theme. The theme appears in the copied form edit view and preview, but not in the real form.

Thanks.

I have to say you are partly correct.

Yes. In the copied process, one of the form(starting form) does lost it's theme setting, while I was just looking at other page's theme setting. That was my mistake.

But, the only thing I did was just a copy. There for, the theme setting is still lost for one of the form page for no reason.

Thanks again.
