Symptoms:  

Could not delete process, forms, or variables.  I used Chrome's Inspect Element to locate error.  The error had to do with WebDAV.

Resolution:

After working with Laserfiche Support, we discovered that WebDAV was interfering with Forms functionality.  I was instructed to create a new site (with different port), and  create the Forms application within this new website.  For the new site, WebDAV needed to be disabled and the WebDAV module needed to be removed.  After configuration, I was able to delete processes, forms and variables.
