column profiles for parent folders and subfolders

I have my column options set to "Remembered for each individual folder"

When I change a parent folder column profile, is there a way to apply the same column profile to all the subfolders, even if the subfolder has had a modified column profile?

In other words, is there a way to override subfolder column profiles with a parent folder column profile?

Hi Anika,

It sounds like you could save the column profile you set on the parent folder so that you can easily apply that particular column view to each subfolder. This would allow you to maintain different column views for different folders throughout the repository and the subfolder column views would match the parent folder column views.
