Use Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content Activity with More Than 1 Process?

Is there a way when using the "Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content" activity to use it with more than 1 process?

We have a couple Forms processes that will kick off the same workflow to enter some information into a database. Right now when I configure the activity, I can only select 1 process. Is there a way around this limitation without saving a document to the repository?

I just came across something in Workflow, but I'm not sure it will work they way I am wanting.

I have a "Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content" activity and selected a process (HR: Retirement\Resignation) from the Fields dropdown. I then selected a field and it showed in the box below the dropdown. I then selected a different process (HR: New Hire PAF) from the dropdown and selected a field from that process. When I click OK, it does show both Forms and the field I selected. Will that work correctly for what I am wanting, or is it a bug?

It's a UI bug in that the form fields are saved in the back-end by variable name, but presented by the field name. It will get the field value for the form instance specified (either the latest value or the instance specified in the Advanced options). It will not get both values if the field has different values in the 2 forms.

Is there any way of having a workflow receive information from 2 different Forms processes?

You would need 2 Retrieve Form Fields activities, each specifying the instance/submission IDs for the form you want the data from.
