Quarterly report of health/consistency of all the volumes

Is there any way to run volume consistency check programmatically? Our VP wants all the volumes checked on quarterly basis so we know that no images are missing. We have 30-50 volumes in couple of repositories. So writing a program will be the best idea instead of running checks on so many volumes and pasting information on a spreadsheet.

Any suggestion on how to achieve this?

We offer a Volume Consistency Checker on the Support Site! This utility will cross-reference your database with your volumes and make sure there is nothing extra or missing.

I have checker downloaded. But I have to select each volume and run it, correct? I want to know if there is a way to check all the volumes at a time.

Is Volume Consistency Checker for v8 the one to use for v9 as well?

Yes, each individual volume must be selected. Blake, this post has more detail on how the utility behaves with v9.
