QF 9: failed to load image

We have a user that scans her documents, Page removal, zone OCR's, substitutions, etc. working. The metadata fields are populated but the image is not appearing. Obviously, she's unable to store the documents. Error states, "Failed to load image".

I've closed the application and reopened the session this morning and all was OK but it;s happened again this afternoon.

Has anyone come across this issue before?

Are pages being scanned in from an actual scanner or are these digital images already, i.e. TIFF images coming in from Universal Capture or Laserfiche Capture Engine?

If a scanner is being used, could there have been an issue with a paper jam or double feed that maybe created an invalid image?

If TIFF images are scanned with Universal Capture or Laserfiche Capture Engine, can you recreate the issue when processing the same images?

If PDFs are being processed and having pages generated from them, can you recreate the issue when processing the same PDF?

If you are finding the issue to be document specific, I would recommend opening a support case with your reseller and providing a copy of the document that we can examine.

What version of QF are you using? Assuming that you have not done so, can you patch it with https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1013389 then test again.?

I've applied the patch. Version is 9.0.1.481
