I just checked out the new Laserfiche website and think it looks great. I also know that the VAR site recently received an updated look and feel. Are there plans for the Support Site to get an updated look as well?

Yes, there are plans. There are no specific timeframes at the moment though.
What would you like to see on an updated Support site?
I would like to be able to get to my Organization Profile without having to go through My Profile first.
Maybe a feed from Answers of the top 5 trending posts.
Speedier is a major one. Answers opens way faster than the Support site.
Maybe a favorites menu where a user can mark certain pages as favorites so it is easier to get to.
A new look and feel would be great, something in line with the theme of the new site. The primary things we use it for is to obtain licensing, open support cases, download products, and obtain documentation (white papers and conference ppts). Items like DevNotes (including product roadmaps and the CodeLibrary are important, but not used as frequently) and possibly could be left in the existing site.
While it needs an updated look, the most important thing is that it needs to be snappy. It is a lot easier to search for things when you can try one thing, then refine it, until you find what you are looking for. Doing this currently can take you a few minutes to find something that only should have taken a few second to obtain.
