How Do I Get Past "Access denied. [9013]"

We have an existing LF9 installation that I am charged with getting to know.  I have installed the Admin and Client and both return "Access denied. [9013]".  I see my regular ID and my admin ID (AD) is listed in the index_user_name table, but neither work.

Is there anything you can do?

Are you logging in with "Admin", the built in administrator account? If so the password can be reset from the Trustees table by clearing the password value out. Then access Admin Console to be immediatly logged in and able to change the Admin password.
