Feature Request - Forms Inbox Auto-refresh

We have a few users that are the approving parties in both steps A and B of a process. If one of these users approves the form at step A, they need to refresh their browser for step B to display in their pending tasks. Would it be possible to auto-refresh the pending tasks list on focus?

Real time task list is available in Laserfiche Forms 10.

Sorry Abby, what is meant by "Real time"?

We are using Lf Forms 10.2 and the Inbox > My Tasks > Assigned tab is NOT updating when tasks are assigned.

I would verify that the notification services have been configured correctly on the /FormsConfig page.

Thanks for your feature request. Forms team will improve the task loading in next version.

I'm curious if Blake's idea is still in the works? He described it exactly how we need it to work for one of our clients. 

Right now, they're on the latest version 11, and they have forms coming in every minute or less, and what's happening is the supervisor is looking at the list and trying to make a multiple selection but when the refresh pops in a new submission, all of the selected tasks become unselected. This causes frustration to the supervisor and they must try and do it over again, hoping that a new submission doesn't come through. 

I really don't want to disable the notification service, as there should be a way to do this. 

Looking forward to hearing if we can do something for this.

I like the idea of the Pending Tasks auto-refreshing, but I would like to be able to do the following: I would like to have a refresh button in the Pending-Tasks pane that can be manually clicked by a user. I would also like that same button to have a dropdown option that would allow a user to select how often they would like the pane to auto-refresh (5min., 15 min., 30 min.).

Would definitely like to see this as we have used an auto refresh Add-on in Firefox to accomplish this same goal.
