I have a customer that has several forms they would like to use but im having a hard time managing the changes for the customer because of the number of forms that they have.

What is the best way to populate data between forms?

Input Fields and their entered values are shared across the business process.

If you have a second form that needs a field from the first form, and the data entered on the first, then the easiest way is to click on "Variables" tab and drag the selected field in.

The default behavior is for to populate with the value of the first form and be editable on the second. You can change this to read only if you do not want the second form to be able to change it.

I'm not sure I fully understand the question but this is how to share fields between forms within the same process.
