Can someone please describe, in detail, the software and hardware processes by which data is destroyed from a Records Series which has been approved for destruction after hitting its Retention Schedule? I would like to give my county's departments a definition for destruction in regards to Laserfiche so that there's a clear understanding between deletion and destruction of electronic records in the software.
