Supported Citrix version

Is Laserfiche 9.2 supported with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 7.6?

Hey Zainab,

As far as I know, we haven't explicitly tested this specific configuration, but in years past, we've been able to confirm that Laserfiche DOES work in Citrix environments.  Since both Laserfiche and Citrix versions are minor releases (LF 9.2 and Citrix 7.6), I would imagine that you shouldn't run into any problems.  I would recommend testing this before making any promises.

Hello,

I have LF 9.2 client published in Citrix 1808.2 XenApp.  Works great, BUT, the email document feature is broken.

The users logged into a Windows 7/10 thick client with MS Office installed locally.  They run Laserfiche thru Citrix Workspace as an application.  LF is unable to redirect to the local Outlook.

 

I welcome any assistance/advice/etc...
