Quick Fields unidentified document tab grayed out

I was looking to have unidentified documents in QF to be routed to a different folder within Laserfiche. When I checked this setting under options it was grayed out. Is this a licensing issue or would it be another issue where I would have to open a support case?

Hello Cristobal,

You may try to refer to this KB here and make sure the user has the "Document Classification Add-on" available.

This is only available with the Document Classification or Quick Fields Agent add-ons.
