Feature comparison - Group server vs Avante!

Hello fellow LFishers! I have a customer that likes dearly their Group Server envionrment. I've discussed Avante with them and the advantages of workflow processes.

Anyone have a feature matrix of Group Server vs. Avante they might send me?

Is the product matrix attached is this thread the most current and up to date to today? The copyright on it is 2012, so it looks like it might be 4 years old.

Hi Lindsey,

The general premise of that Product Matrix is still valid. The main things that come to mind are that the mobile app and Web Access now are standard parts of Laserfiche Avante, and new products such as Laserfiche Forms are only avaliable on Avante.

Mobile App and Web Access are part of Avante??? I thought it was extra for avante and included in Rio. Is there something updated that says all this. I need something to present to a community.

Hi Lindsey,

To clarify, new Laserfiche Avante customers are required to license Web Access as of the first of the year. Existing Web Access customers can continue to choose to not license it. Laserfiche Mobile matches with that.

Any chance Laserfiche is going to update the chart anytime soon? Specifically mobile, web access (especially for scanning and transparent records management, records management features available/add-on with respect to United, Avante and Rio.

The path from United to Avante would also be great.
