Any sample templates for Engineering Drawings?

Work for Local Gov't agency and our engineering department is in the process of scanning engineering drawings and plans into Laserfiche. i wanted to find out if anyone has done this and has template that worked well for this application. Thanks!

We have 2 iterations of templates for our building plan review. Originally (long time ago) the Dept was interested in capturing too many fields, most of which were being manually populated. Over time, we've distilled that template to capture only the relevant fields that most staff use to search existing plans.

Thanks so much. We were hoping to see what others might have found to be the most helpful so that we weren't typing so much for each scan.

Angela,

We have been using templates for Site Plans, Construction Plans and Subdivision Plats. I have attached a sample of what we are using. Hope this helps.
