I have seen a similar post but can't find it. Every now and then I go to open a document and need to change the template or field. Instead of being able to select the drop down list and see my choices on the template and the fields it flickers. The only way I can change at that point is to use arrow keys to find my selections. I get this a couple of times a day. I am on Laserfiche version 9.2.0.472

Hey Justin,
I'm running IE 11.0.9600.17631 on Windows 8.1 pro. I've replicated this issue on Windows 7 machines with the same IE, and on our Laserfiche server which has 11.0.9600.17633 (on 2008 R2 server).
It doesn't appear to happen in 9.1 versions of the client for me, only 9.2 or newer (9.2.1.562 currently).
Maybe it has something to do with our templates or something. I've noticed some simple templates don't appear to do it. Some of our documents have data in fields that are not in the template, from when the data was migrated over from our old records system.
It's rather confusing and I can't seem to narrow it down, I've add/removed fields and sometimes by doing that I can get it to stop flickering, but it's not consistent - the same field doesn't appear to cause the issue or fix the issue every time.
If you want to remote in sometime I can show you. I also have a video on the other thread but you've probably already seen it.
Hi,
I can confirm that this is also happening elsewhere on LF Client 9.2 with IE 11.0.9600.17633. Windows 7 Pro SP1.
Will keep an eye on this post for a resolution.
Thanks and regards,
Sheldon

I have no resolution but am seeing the exact same issue. I find sometimes if I hold down tab to cycle through all of the fields, suddenly it stops flickering and works properly (for that one time).
Thanks Shaun. Hopefully LAserfiche will come up with a fix for this.
Useful information would be what specific version of IE is installed on the machine in question. The desktop Client field UI runs as an html control, and so a lot of it's behaviors is governed by the installed copy of IE. We're wondering if there's a specific version that's causing this issue, as we've been unable to reproduce it. Thanks!
(Note that your default browser has no bearing on it - IE is used for rendering this view, regardless of what you use for web browsing).
Thanks! This should help us track the issue down.
