Cannot Open PDF files with Laserfiche Web Access 9.1

Hi!! I have Laserfiche Avante 9.1 and Web Access 9.1.1 and whenever I try to open a PDF file or even a Word File with web Access, I get the next error: "No response received from the server. [780]", It only happens when the file is bigger than 100Kb or so, I cant export the file either, I have tried opening MP3 Files, TIFF files which are more than 4 mb and i can download them without any problem.

I have tried with laserfiche Web Access 9.2, with different browsers and in localhost but it doesnt solve the problem.
What could it be the problem???

Anything in the event viewer on the Web Access or LFS machine?

Our support team asked your reseller to try uninstalling and resinstalling Adobe acrobat 10 on the Web Access machine. Have you tried that yet, and if so what was the result?

On March 10, we had asked your VAR to uninstall and reinstall Acrobat 10. We have not heard back from him. If you have not tried that, please do so and then have your VAR update the case with the results.
