Exporting PDF with TIFF pages

We have a PDF file for which we generated Laserfiche pages.  Within the repository, the file retained the PDF file type.  Since then, we have added pages to the front that were originally generated as TIFF.  The result is a document with some pages as TIFF and others as PDF.

 

When exporting the document via drag and drop, the document appears to exclude the TIFF pages.  We are trying to provide the full document when exporting.

Hi Alaine,

You can select the PDF file, then go to File > Export > Images to export the file. Make sure the Page range is set to All when exporting.

Also, as long as you have the rights, you can select the PDF in Laserfiche and then from the Tasks menu, "Delete Electronic Files" to remove the PDF portion of the document and only retain the TIFFs.
