saving PDF changes in Laserfiche that is on Citrix environment

The options on what will happen on the document that is in Laserfiche sporatically does not appear and the changes made are not carried over to Laserfiche.  Anyone has the same issue?

you need to reset the option prompt in laserfiche for both prompts and general.

 

after that the changes will be saved to LF

That has been done but it sometimes does not appear even after resetting hidden dialogs
