changing account password used by Laserfiche server service

Our customer is trying to change the password for the AD account being used by the Laserfiche Server service. So once the AD account password is changed, restarting the Laserfiche server service should automatically sync the new password or do we need to perform any additional steps?

You need to update the service's password in Control Panel\Administrative Tools\Services, then restart it.

If you're using Windows 2008 R2 and higher, please look into using the new types of service accounts being offered which help manage these types of issues.

@Alex: The customer is using Windows 2003 Server, but this information is certainly helpful.
