Is there a possiblility in Laserfiche to have users be able to have a folder structure where they can print and export documents in one folder and not be able to do the same in other folders within the same repository.

Hi Mark,

Print and export are feature rights that are set at the user level and are not controlled by access rights set at a folder level. In short I think the answer to this question is no. Unless there is something funky that can be done with the SDK or something obvious I have missed here.

Hi Mark,

What Chris said is definitely true. However, access rights do take precedence over feature rights. So, if you grant a user the Export feature right but take away his Read access right for that entry, then he will not be able to export it.
