Import fields - assign those field values to converted document fields

I have set the session to get the fields from a template I have assigned on a PDF. I am using the QF session to change the PDF to a TIFF, and have set the template to the same one used on the imported document, however, it drops the template and fields off when it imports and sends to the repository. How do I get the imported fields into the appropriate template? I cannot see where it allows me to set the token value for the template and set it to the imported field value.

This is when scanning documents into Quick Fields through Capture Engine? Have you set it to retrieve the field data along with the documents? If you do that, the fields are automatically populate when the document class' template matches the template on the documents. If the template doesn't match, you can still put the existing field data into other fields using the tokens generated by Capture Engine.

In the document content I have selected retrieve fields. Also selected on that tab is the if the document is a PDF generate images. For the First Page Identification I have assigned the template which is the same template as the one on the document we are importing. And it displays the correct Assigned Template at the top of the screen. Each document gets the template assigned but no field data is imported.

Went through and reset all the template selections and this time it came up correctly. Not sure what happened except that something may not have been set correctly
