Laserfiche is pleased to announce the simultaneous release of Laserfiche Rio and Laserfiche Avante 9.2.1, including Laserfiche Server, Client, and Mobile in English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian) and Spanish, and Laserfiche Forms in English, Arabic, French, Portuguese (Brazilian), and Spanish.

Laserfiche 9.2.1 contains new features, as well as the latest fixes and performance enhancements. In addition, this release bundles previously released service packs and hotfixes for Laserfiche 9.2.0.

Enhancements include:

• Laserfiche Server and Client. The Laserfiche 9.2.1 release features several improvements for Office Integration. You can now use Laserfiche tokens in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint as well as Microsoft Word. In addition, the Microsoft Outlook integration includes support for one-click storage of emails to a predefined folder in your repository.


• Laserfiche Forms. Laserfiche Forms 9.2.1 includes several usability enhancements, and also adds support for multiple base distinguished names for LDAP server profiles.


• Laserfiche Mobile. Laserfiche Mobile 9.2.1 includes several new features and usability enhancements. You can now perform image enhancements such as rotation, cropping, and color conversion before uploading them to the repository, and you can choose whether or not to also save images to your device's local photo gallery. You can mark documents for offline access, allowing you to view them even when you don't have an Internet or data connection. Documents in external storage apps (such as iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox) can be uploaded to your repository, and you can open existing documents in other apps on your device. In addition, you can perform saved searches or template name searches from within Laserfiche Mobile, and you can access your forms drafts. The Laserfiche Mobile server also features several administrative enhancements, including support for multiple Forms servers, mobile device management, and security options for offline documents.
