Is there a way to add field data to the Action History in Forms?

Example: I have a form where I have included a radio button field and the choices are used for routing purposes within the process. When the approval is recorded to the Action History, is there a way to include the field data in the Action History?

Has there been any changes to this since?

We are looking to push Metadata using Workflow into the Action History - is this possible?

Our use case is for comments between Forms-end users and Client-end users. Currently, when the Client-end users approve a document it pushes comments into a Field on the Forms. This gets disorganised having Forms comments in the Action History and all other comments on the Form itself.

I think it would be great to have the option to record Workflow tasks in the Action History as well as user tasks, so when a Workflow finishes (and the Form process continues) you could push a variable back up for display. It would be great for Instructions and building up a log.

The comment for the approval will be recorded in action history as well, can you request users to enter the value for the radio button field in the comment when approval?

And can you share with us what the use case for record such value in action history so that we may consider adding support for it in the future?
