Generate Key for WebLink Gives Error

When I try to generate an activation key for our Starter Public Portal for WebLink, I receive the following error message:

Error: Error occurred while trying to establish communication with key database.

This issue has been fixed by the Infrastructure team.

Please have your VAR call our Production Department and have them check your order.  The message usually means a licensing issue on our end. Not a technical issue.  It should be something the Production Department can easily resolve.

This issue appears to be specific to your organization's order. We'll look into it and update the thread once it's resolved.
